At Fuel Energy, your satisfaction matters. Because our energy pouches are consumable products, we follow the guidelines below to keep things safe and hygienic for everyone.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sunnybhasin12@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Opened or used products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used pouches unless they are defective.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for the conditions above.
